The Lot Rates at Lakewood Village are divided in to two different categories:

1. Manufactured Homes (M.H.)

2. Recreational Vehicles (RV)

All of our lots are nestled in the trees. Some are located at the lake front edge, some are located overlooking the lake and the remainder are tucked away in the shade trees of the park.

The lot rates include water, sewer, trash and all yard maintenance.

Manufactured Home Rental Lots

Lot Types	Description	Price of Lot Per Month
M.H. Lake Front	These are lots where the homes are on the water front edge.	$220.00
M.H. Lake View	These are lots with a million dollar view of the lake.	$220.00
M.H. Wooded Double Wide Size	These are lots where the homes are nestled in the shade trees.	$270.00
M.H. Wooded Single Wide Size	These are lots where the homes are nestled in the shade trees.	$190.00

Recreational Vehicle Rental Lots

Lot Types	Description	Price of Lot Per Month
RV Lake Front	These are lots where the RV's are at the lake edge. Yr. Lease ONLY	$175.00
RV Wooded Area	These are lots where the RV's are nestled in the shade of the trees.	*$175.00*

*We have discount rates on these RV Sites with signing a 6 month or a 12 month lease.*
